the Richest people on earth want the Poor to stop reproducing

Why?

Because they don't need them to be their slaves anymore like they did for thousands and thousands of years.

So, how is this being done?

Primarily through starvation by raising the cost of food so everyone poorer than a certain level starves on earth.

The second way is taking away medical Care for the poor worldwide by all governments including the U.S. Government. 

You can see this in action in everything Trump is doing right now.

What will be the result of what Trump and most governments are doing to the poor of earth right now?

Mostly they will starve to death and die without proper medical care.

The other method being used is to dumb them down by getting rid of Universities like Harvard and all other universities where people actually learn to use critical thinking so they can see through the lies of People like Trump worldwide.

So, it is a multi-step process of killing off more and more poor people worldwide which likely will greatly reduce the population of earth.

In the Bible it says: "The Meek shall inherit the earth".

However, for at least for now it appears that: "Only the Billionaires will inherit the Earth".
