I have noticed that around 60 to 70 million people is an ideal amount of people under a single Government

So, this is why what may be happening naturally now is that the U.S. might become more like several different countries. The most obvious countries might be California (possibly with Oregon and Washington as the same Country.

Then I could see Texas (which is booming right now) joining with maybe Lousiana, And Florida and others (because they have similar climates and understand each other better.

Just like Washington and Oregon and California are all coastal states and understand each other better too.

However, what is going to happen to the rest of the states I'm not sure.

But, If I take a guess states like Nevada, Arizona, and Utah and New Mexico have a lot of similar things they all deal with so that might be another grouping if the U.S. breaks up into separate Countries.

Actually, Trump is facilitating this to actually happen by everything he is doing now by destroying Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and food stamps. Once he has finished destroying people's federal lifelines they really have no reason to pay Federal Taxes anymore.

So this might be where all this is going into the U.S. breaking up into smaller countries that might be more survivable after the Federal Government is gone like it is dying now.

When you look at countries like Norway and South Korea, and England and France and Germany and Italy and Spain you see a manageable size of country that often can take care of it's people better than larger nations like China and Russia and the United States where many people die from a government that is just too big to care about them properly to keep them alive.

Too many people are falling through the cracks in the U.S. now and dying or being shipped away like illegal immigrants who have lived here and raised their families here for 20 or 30 years who are law abiding residents of the U.S.

So, I can see California and Texas especially splitting off from the U.S. government and establishing their own countries separate from the Federal Government.

This is only logical the way the Federal Government is committing suicide under Trump.
