Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah is likely a part of an endorheic area

However, in the spring especially when rain falls no one is allowed out there until the salt Flats dry out on into the summer of usually every year. So, the water likely either all drains into the ground there or evaporates into the air leaving the Salt Flats which concentrate the salt once the water either goes up in evaporation or down into the ground one of the two.
