There are many reasons for this I realize simply because the Present Galactic Sentience is the present leader of this Galaxy and basically the present owner of the Galaxy started by his Father.
Creator Spirits I call them because all or most humans on earth have Creator Spirit (Our Souls) and Creator spirits live up to billions of years or more. However, we humans call them our Souls.
However, a Galactic Sentience can now be alive and have thousands of incarnations as humans or other types of physical or spiritual beings going on simultaneously throughout time simply because Creator spirits natural state is NOT time and Space.
Time and Space is only a Bi-Product of Creating Galaxies like we humans here on earth Create Farms and ranches to better feed ourselves and our children and families and friends.
