Here is another Tesla True Story from around 10 years ago when the driver was using Self Driving technology on his Tesla

 First of all the Driver didn't survive because he was instantly cut in half so likely he didn't have time to feel himself dying.

Here's what actually happened in Florida I believe it was in a Tesla Model S.

The driver was letting his Tesla drive itself and watching a Harry Potter movie on his dashboard screen and the car mistook a semi Truck sign for a roadside Sign when the semi Drove across the road the Tesla was automatically driving on. 

So, what basically happened is that the Tesla Driver wasn't present to drive and never saw the semi Truck and was cut in half when his Tesla Model S went under the semi Truck and shaved off all of the car above the hood including the driver.

So, the moral of the story here is: "Don't let your Tesla drive automatically while you are watching a Harry Potter movie on your front View screen!"
