At 14,162 feet Mt. Shasta is the 5th highest peak in California: I climbed it to the top in 1970 in august with 3 friends then at age 22
My parents first took me to be blessed by Mrs. Ballard who was the head their church in likely summer of 1948 just after I was born. So, I have had a long time to get used to Mt. Shasta as a Sacred Mountain in my life ever since. I have met people from all over the world who come to this mountain as a sacred mountain and two of my friends are Mountain Guides who take people on Spiritual journeys on this mountain. People from all over the world pay visit this Amazing Mountain.
