If you want to actually survive this century

 The most important quality is the quality of adaptability.

If you are not adaptable to changes you might not survive this century.

Because change will happen at maybe 100 times the rate that it did during the 1900s to 2000.

Why?

Because Global Climate change and AI are upon us.

And both of these things are like 100 times more intense than the invention of the Airplane, the automobile and the Spaceship combined.

In other words, without being extremely adaptable no one is going to survive this century at all.

Some people say "We aren't having children".

I can understand this.

But, also without children you tend to reduce your lifespans considerably. Why?

Because the same discipline you need to stay married and to raise children and to run businesses is the same thing that keeps you alive in old age.

So, if you want to live past 50 or 60 years old not having children isn't a very good idea.

Although financially raising kids unless you are above the 50% in wealth in this country might be hell for people.

For example, I'm not sure I would have children like I did in the 1970s and 1980s and 1990s now.

My youngest child is now 29 and if I was young today trying to economically survive I'm not sure what I would do.

So, learn to be adaptable so you can survive whatever comes this century and beyond.
