It is important for all U.S. military personnel to study the Nuremburg Trial of Nazis. Why?

Because Trump's illegal military orders could also put our military service personnel in the same position (EVENTUALLY) as NAZI soldiers. So, following illegal orders could result in eventual Jail time or worse. A President of the U.S. is a temporary thing. what is actually important is the Constitution and laws of the U.S. here.

So, if soldiers follow illegal orders from Trump and this Administration they might wind up in jail or worse eventually. Trump is temporary. The Laws of the U.S. and world are likely much more permanent to consider for any soldier's long term survival of them or their families.

How do you put a regime on trial? Where does individual guilt and responsibility for one's own actions begin? Probably the most important trial immediately after the end of the Second World War took place in Nuremberg. The four victorious powers put 24 peo

The Nuremberg trials went on to become arguably the most famous trials in history, bringing some measure of justice to the millions persecuted and devastated by the Nazi regime. 80 years ago the world was struggling to come to terms with the aftermath of the bloodiest war in history and facing up to some of the most monstrous crimes imaginable. The question for victorious allies was how to ensure that justice was seen to be done. A decision was made that was unique in history; there would be an international trial convened in the German city of Nuremberg. The senior Nazis men like Hermann Goering, would be placed in the dock, and the trial that followed would change the course of history. 🎥 Goering On Trial: The Nuremberg Evidence That Convicted the Last Nazi Leader - watch now on the History Hit YouTube Channell!

80 years ago, the remaining Nazi officials who played prominent roles in carrying out the Holocaust faced a range of charges, including crimes against peace, crimes of war, and crimes against humanity. “Nuremberg taught me that creating a world of tolerance and compassion would be a long and arduous task. And I also learned that if we did not devote ourselves to developing effective world law, the same cruel mentality that made the Holocaust possible might one day destroy the entire human race.” - Benjamin Ferencz, Nuremberg prosecutor and advocate for victims of the Holocaust. These trials served as a small piece of justice and closure for the millions of victims and families impacted by the Holocaust. It was also an important step towards ensuring this never happens again. #🟦
