Writing helps you organize your thoughts and understand better what you think and feel right now

It doesn't tell you how you will think and feel tomorrow it only tells you what you think and feel today.

However, when you read what you wrote tomorrow, often it gives you insights into yourself and what you thought and felt today.

So, in this sense what you write today helps you tomorrow to better understand yourself and to make better decisions in the future.

So, writing is a good way to re-parent yourself and to help heal you from things that happened in your past.

Many of our traumas that we have faced happened when we were so young we had no tools to survive them better than we did.

For example, whooping cough for me at age 2 which made me turn blue from lack of air until the Archangels finally showed up and saved my life.

Concussion from Rock climbing at age 9 where it caused me to have night time seizures sometimes from age 10 to 15. I didn't find out until much later that a child hood concussion could do this and then you could grow out of this problem as your skull grew and took pressure off your brain from the concussion.

Leaving my family church because I perceived too much hypocrisy on ever level for me to continue in good faith with basically any church after that.

All these things and more writing helped me to organize and to see more objectively which allowed me not to be a victim of Trauma. By reparenting myself and by studying to be a psychologist I stayed alive and had a really great life and got married and had three biological children and ran several businesses I have owned along the way.

Writing honestly for yourself and others can heal your life and heal other's lives too.
