From my present point of view as a precognitive intuitive. a lot of this I see if Trump goes much further than he has now alonside of Putin. Although if you think of the controllers as being AI that might be useful too. However, what struck me the most was the drones iin this movie because "The Hunter Killers" or whatever they called them set against humanity made the most sense to me.
