American doctor with Ebola evacuated to Germany as wife and kids are monitored in Congo
What actually happened according to a news report is that he operated on someone before the Ebola Outbreak occurred and then he later found out that that person had Ebola. So, the outbreak hadn't happened so the staff including this doctor was not prepared for someone infected with Ebola that they had operated on. Begin quotes:
