Accidental Astral Projection?

 This experience was so terrifying at the time I almost didn't survive it.

 

However, since the Angels first appeared to me at age 2 I had been praying to "Go with the Angels" to Soul Travel with them.

 

This experience was when I was I believe about age 22 and I was in college. I had driven from San Diego County where I was going to college at the time to my father's best friend's vacation home between Yucca Valley and Landers on the high Desert. He had a vacation home on 2 1/2 acres of land there then.

 

So, I drove my 1966 VW Bug then in I believe 1971 likely because I had a cold and the deserts of California had helped me dry up a cold pretty fast because they are usually so very dry there (as deserts usually are). So, I went there alone to heal basically.

 

So, I went to sleep and woke up I thought because I had to take a leak at around 2 or 3 in the morning. 

 

Well, I walked into the bathroom but when I went to turn on the light in the bathroom my whole arm went through the wall.

 

I was terrified because I knew I wasn't in my physical body and that I was astral projecting.

 

Imagine realizing as you are basically sleep walking to the bathroom to pee that you realize you are not in your body. I didn't try to pee because I knew my body would urinate in the bed instead since I wasn't in my body.

 

I wracked by brain as to what to do to try and get control of my emotions because of being in this terrifying experience.

 

I remember what I had read in a mystical Book store called the Mythrus in La Jolla about this. They had basically said to walk back to your body wherever it is and lay down into it which I did.

 

But, then I was so terrified I woke up shaking and didn't stop shaking from the trauma of this unexpected experience. 

 

I realized I didn't want to be alone going through this so I simply packed up my VW Bug and drove back home to Rancho Bernardo which is in between Escondido and San Diego.

 

As I drove away from the vacation home I said to God: "God! You almost killed me! Can't I have a good experience of Soul Travel. this one almost killed me!"

 

Then about a month later in Rancho Bernardo I partially woke up and sat up out of my body and looked back at my face and chest behind me and then another me with an angelic expression on it's face came walking back into my room and laid down into me and we laid down into my body.

 

I said to God at the time: "Thank you God! I understand!"

 

This was the beginning of soul travel in earnest for me. But, I had learned Bi-location was better than Astral Projection. This is what God was trying to teach me and he did.
