Otherwise, selfish corporations will allow millions and billions of people to die horribly in weather calamities increasing exponentially worldwide. the first to die will be places like South America and Africa and Southeast Asia in the poorer areas. They likely will die from flooding and droughts the most. For example, right now Colorado's counties 95% less water than normal so the Colorado River is at its lowest ever causing havoc in every state the Colorado river touches.

Half of Oregon's counties are also in severe drought so the rain yesterday and tomorrow is very life saving here in the Portland area.
