If you have really ever been to London this is an impossible occurence if you have ever been there because no one likely at all would have air conditioners there because they likely were not needed before now. So, as you can see many people might die in these kinds of conditions.

 

Where I live nearer to San Francisco along the coast it is like this too but luckily we haven't even reached 80 degrees Fahrenheit yet this year because when it gets hotter inland the fog just comes onto shore (mostly high fog) even more and keeps temperatures like today only to a high of 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
