The Diamond Sow of Tibetan Buddhism: Highest Female Incarnation: Dorje Pakmo is considered the highest female incarnate lineage in Tibet.

 The lineage goes like this: First the Dalai Lama, 2nd the Panchen Lama, and third the Diamond Sow, Dorje Pakmo.

I know that Dorje means diamond or Lightning (both meanings are correct in Tibetan Buddhism often referring to the Instant enlightenment of the Vajrayana path. Which is also called the Lightning or Diamond Path. Hence instant enlightenment of a bolt of lightning.

I also have experienced the bolt of lightning enlightenment thing where you are so blown out from a realization that you can barely speak for a week or more. However, this isn't just a one time thing it often occurs many times on the Vajrayana path as you come to see reality clearer from many different perspectives of seeing yourself and all beings in the entire universe.

So, it is always very overwhelming but necessary for human evolution here on earth and out into the space of our Galaxy and to other Galaxies as well.
