Putin is a ruthless and Cruel person sending his troops with no training to be slaughtered by Ukrainians and then hiring African Mercenaries and North Korean Mercenaries who are dying like flies too now.
These mercenaries and untrained Russian Troops are dying from Ukrainian drones at a rate of around 30,000 Russian Soldiers and mercenaries every month now.
No wonder Putin is devastating Ukraine like he is, his country will collapse soon from 40% of their refining capacity gone from Ukrainian drones and the ONLY oil they can sell now to other nations is unprocessed oil right out of the ground because they don't have enough Gas and Diesel for Russia!
So, what Putin is doing to Ukrainian Civilians is are War Crimes every day and this goes back now to around 2014 or so when Putin invaded Crimea.
