The Likelihood of Trump going to jail because of Democrats taking over Congress?
I don't think this will happen for a variety of reasons. For example, Assad in Syria left for Russia and Trump might do the same to avoid prosecution or he might go to a country with no extradition as well. So, I don't think you are ever going to see Trump in Jail because of this. However, could he be removed from office? This is more likely that he would be removed from office before his term is over.
The American people are fed up with what Trump has done stealing 2.2 Billion dollars from the American people so far since he has been in office since January 20th 2025 or 1 1/2 years ago now.
