Truth for most people is not objective it is subjective (What do I mean by this?)

For example, if an accident happens and 12 people witness this accident if you then separate those 12 people and ask them what happened you are going to get 12 very different answers. Why is this?

It's because everything people view through their life experiences. So, at least to them what is real is different than what you experience as real.

However, if you take a video of that accident often people can come to a more realistic version of what happened and then that is the truth more for them. (Even though people might think completely different things were going on even when they saw that video).

So, for this reason for most people Truth is not objective but Subjective and also why we have 12 jurors at trials to get enough versions of the truth to get some version of reality rather than fiction.

However, then you have to realize that 25% of the people convicted in Court are completely innocent of what they are accused of and many many people executed for crimes they did not commit are later found to be innocent (which is one reason why NOT to have the death penalty for this reason alone).

So, what is truth for you?

Truth is important because if you are a racist like Trump everyone not white should be deported to a different country than they came from if their skin is not pearly white.

And the rest of us who aren't racists think "How can we survive another day with Trump the Racist?"

And somehow we do (at least most of us who don't get shot or harmed by ICE in some way.

So, what is truth?

Sometimes it's better to keep the truth to yourself so you aren't killed because of your version of the truth.

However, some people are going to stand up to Trump more and more now.

But, will that help to overcome a criminal billionaire like Trump or Musk?

It's really hard to say.

We are all entitled to the truth.

It's just that the truth is different for every person on earth it seems.

(unless you have a video of something which is a good thing people are taking videos with their cameras now of everything they see.

So, maybe with all the videos reality and truth will prevail.

But, then there are AI Fakes right and left too.

What about video Fakes done with AI?

We live in a Brave New World where questions like these can only be troubling and the hope for Truth is all we have left.
