Raining Heavy from Santa Rosa to Santa Cruz and Heavy Snow in Sierras

I'm looking at an animation of the above weather radar site and it is raining heavily or snowing throughout Santa Cruz up through San Francisco up to Santa Rosa over to Sacramento Auburn with heavy snow coming down in much of the High Sierra mountains right now.
