Russia using Cluster bombs against Sunni Rebels

Yes. I was right. When I looked at Russian deployments of weapons I saw the tell tale puffs of Cluster bombs killing everything in a square mile area (people, animals, birds, everything). The SU-25 fighter planes are equipped with Cluster bombs.

They are also using SU-24 Bombers against apartment buildings filled with Sunni men, women and children in  Homs and Idlib including rebels trained by the CIA.

So, I was right cluster bombs which kill everything are being used.

However, they are NOT sending missiles or bombs into any ISIS areas. They are only killing rebel Sunnis who want Assad gone. This will greatly inflame the problems of the whole middle East and enrage more the 1.2 billion Sunnis on earth against Shiites, Russia, Iran and Assad.

My thought is that Assad is still paying off ISIS to kill Syrian Rebels and likely Russia is helping bribe ISIS to leave Assad alone for now too.

However, you have to know that since ISIS is Sunni Terrorist that when the bribes stop (like oil wells, land etc) that Assad will be taken out by ISIS.

However, like is being reported Russia financially cannot keep up what it is doing very long because of low oil prices around the world. Over 40% to 50% of all Russian Government and government programs helping to feed the poor and medical care are financed by oil prices. The government owns all the major oil in Russia. So, as long as oil prices are low the Russian people who are poor or middle class are going to suffer a lot from not enough food.

After this, it is pretty certain that the Saudis will take oil prices eventually down to $20 to $25 dollars a barrel in revenge against Russia, but also to corner the world oil market and to drive competitors out of business during the next 1, 5, or 10 years.

Also, this might keep Saudi Arabia as a government intact and drive ISIS financially bankrupt too.
Even though some Sunnis worldwide finance ISIS, All Sunni Governments are also vulnerable to ISIS also. Because ISIS has threatened to take down all governments Sunni and Shiite.
