A friend of mine recently had robotic surgery on a hernia he was dealing with. He was very happy with the results as the doctor went through his belly button to do the robotic surgery so he had no visible scarring. Later I consulted with this doctor and I'm hopeful that in the next year I will be suitable for an operation like this within the next year.
