When I first started writing about Arcane I thought he was a fictional Character

However, as I believed myself to be dying for about 8 or 9 months from Fall of 1998 to May of 1999 I realized this is not fiction but rather a legendary account of past life experiences lived in the past, present and future.

You might ask how is this possible? I think the best way to answer this is from Shakespeare which is Hamlet's quote which goes something like this: "There are more things in heaven and Earth than have ever been thought of in your philosophy, Horatio!" 

But, in summer of 1980 I lived on Lassen Lane in Mt. Shasta California and had just remarried in my 2nd marriage and I had been a single father for a couple of years starting in 1977 of my then 3 years old son. IN 1980 he was 5 to 6 years old at the time of my writing (likely just turned 6 within a month or so) because this was early summer 1980. About this same time we bought 2 1/2 acres of land and by fall of the same year began building our A-Frame where we lived mostly from 1980 until 1985. 

When I first began writing however, I believed I was writing a Science Fiction episode to heal the traumas in my life since Birth. I had studied to become a psychologist in the early 1970s but then had to quit these studies to financially support my new wife and child when my girlfriend became pregnant with our son.

So, I was writing all this to help heal myself from my traumas since birth. When I read what I had written I realized that I had finally found my "Voice" as a writer even though at this time I was afraid of publishing what I wrote.

However, by 1998 and 1999 I realized how important it was potentially to mankind to share past, present and future lifetimes on earth and other places as well.

PS So, I gingerly began publishing online part of what I had written starting in 1980 regarding The Galactic Sentience, His Oneness Time Lord of Earth, Arcane, Elohar and Ragna,  and all the others.

I have always been an intuitive and aware of many more things than most people are here on earth and beyond. So, sharing the most important of these things will help the human race to better understand and have a better chance of not going extinct during the next 10 to 20 thousand years or so and beyond.
