It's no longer safe to blog about Politics in the U.S.

I realized this just before Stephen Colbert was given the axe by the company  that puts his show on the air. So, when this actually happened I realized just how insidious Trump had become in the U.S. at a level I haven't seen in my lifetime.

So, I have decided that in order to protect myself and you my readers not to really share political things anymore and instead maybe concentrate more on science like in the previous article or to stop blogging altogether.

Though I think standing up is important I'm also 77 years old and not really of military age since I was 26 years old. So, the best way I can protect you and me is to realize what is going on and that the best thing I can do now is pray.

When I look at the Dalai Lama and all he has endured and how Tibetans were killed and are still killed by the Chinese to this day as well as many other minorities it reminds me of how Native Americans were also treated especially during the 1800s and early 1900s until things like the American Indian Movement in the 1960s and 1970s brought back slowly Native American rights where they were allowed to worship their own religions again without being killed for this. Right now People from south of the Border are being killed one by one by ICE like the group sent from El Salvador to Venezuela to be killed or tortured until they are dead by the government of Venezuela.

The times here in the U.S. and around the world are not normal and we must all find ways to protect ourselves however we can and I must think of both myself and my family and how we survive all this too and you might need to think this way as well.

So, the best way I can survive for now and to help you all survive is to stop politically blogging completely if I can by maybe writing about Science as a way to survive what we all now face.

People aren't going to survive by political parties anyway. They will survive by banding together to help each other in groups not just in the U.S. but all over the world. I think Governments have become completely obsolete because of Global Climate changes and AI. They cannot really function just like Insurance companies cannot function with fires and hurricanes and tornadoes anymore.

So, I think accepting that Insurance companies and Governments now will become a thing of the past.

And they might not be replaced with anything at all.

I was asking my wife about what happened when Rome fell and she told me she had done her Senior thesis for her first Bachelor's degree on Charlemagne 800 years after Rome fell. But, between the fall of Rome and Charlemagne there wasn't government like Rome at all on earth (at least in the western World).

So, when all governments (including this one collapse from Global climate changes and AI) it's important to be ready for this because all the benefits of governments will be gone too and many many are going to die as a direct result.

So, trying to find a way to survive all this likely will occupy all of our families the rest of this century and beyond.

Here's what's happening to Mexico City for example: Soon there will be no water source for Mexico City without trucking it in from somewhere else which might be cost prohibitive. What happens then?

Likely people will have to move away to somewhere else where there is enough water while the richest stay there and have their water hauled in in tanker trucks from somewhere else.
