Because it is dogs talking they can take liberties that you usually don't see in other movies which allowed this to be one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time. So, it's kind of like Watching something made for Saturday Night Live or something( SNL). If you like SNL you likely will like this movie too
I found out you cannot get Strays which is different than "The Strays" by the way. But you can get Strays(2023) at prime video and several other streaming sources.
I recorded this on my DVR from the cable Channel STARZ but it also streams many places too.
