Why did I choose a name like "Galactic Sentience" for the present leader of this Galaxy?

Because you are talking about a being with over 1 million IQ and maybe as high as 10 million IQ that is millions of years old presently (even though he doesn't necessarily live in time and space) (at least as we know it to be)?

Basically, this being is aware of everything that happens in the Galaxy which is his to run and given to him by his father when he retired after Creating the Galaxy.

Why is this important to know?

From my point of view it is important for me to know. Whether this is important for you to know is likely completely up to you.

So, from the level of awareness of everything that happens in the Galaxy I thought "The Galactic Sentience" most closely resembles the truth.

However, I think it would be useful to say this too.

Imagine you are you or me and the Galaxy to you is planet Earth. I may know many things about Earth but I only know certain things when my attention is drawn to them for one reason or another.

In some ways I am describing his experience with the whole Galaxy.

Then ever Star in the Galaxy is a member of his extended family (however, it might not be like you think).

For example, the being eating the energy generated by a sun IS the Creator soul there in the center of that Sun. 

However, the sun itself is sort of it's food source by changing energy as Hydrogen to Helium and on down the periodic table to things like Gold and platinum and other heavier things.

Then planets are constructed out of the heavier elements but also of Hydrogen and helium and things like this as well.

So, everything living on Earth is basically composed of Star Dust.

Just like in the song "We are STardust we are golden and we've got to get ourselves back to the garden."

Note: Is every star in the universe in every galaxy a Creator soul eating energy changing from one form (usually hydrogen) like a continuous hydrogen bomb going off 24 hours a day into the heavier elements like Helium, Oxygen, and down to Gold, Silver and platinum and others?

The answer is Yes.

Every Star in every Galaxy in the universe is a creator Soul of that Galaxy (it's usually families and descendants of the creator of each Galaxy).

Is every soul in a human body on earth one of these Creator Souls that reside in these suns?

Yes. 

To the best of my ability Earth is like a retirement home for billions of year old Creator Souls to learn to want to stay alive by learning about mortality by living in human bodies on earth.

Many Creator retired souls have lived (in the past, present and future all at once) thousands of lifetimes here on earth already. 

I can remember at least 100 or more lifetimes myself. I'm always surprised when I travel the earth to remember lifetimes there when I travel.

The strangest one for me was visiting the Tower of London because I expected the feeling of that era (Queen Elizabeth I) as being one thing but it was really another.

It was mostly about being loyal to your family and to your Queen or King and there wasn't much freedom of how you lived your life. Because you were lucky to survive to 20 or 30 at all the way things were then.

1500 to 1600s in England.

So, I can see why so many young men and women left for places like America, South American, Africa and India and Asia because they might have more freedom being property owners there. Coming to America was about freedom of religion but also the freedom to do exactly as you wanted to 24 hours a day.
