However, many people have a hard time adjusting to life without a human body I notice. The most well adjusted person I know who passed on likely was a man named Father Charlie who was a Jesuit priest and a lawyer and once was District Attorney of Santa Cruz County.
When he passed over he was really prepared for what he found there.
However, many people are not prepared at all for what they find after passing on for one reason or another.
For example, the saying (you can't take it with you) as in wealth, food, friends still here on earth, relatives still here on earth and things like this.
So, preparing for a different world is sort of necessary so you don't just go into Shock so to speak on the other side of life.
Praying is helpful in moving over to passing on also.
Forgiveness of yourself and others is helpful in passing on too to the other side.

Later Note: Our Natural state is not as human bodies but as Creator Souls millions and billions of years old. We are as old as the stars or older still. If you understand this when you leave your body for the last time it might make it easier to going back to living inside of a Star or Sun. I thought this might help people in transition to the other side.
