Astral projection or Bilocation?

What I found out today sort of suprised me in some ways. But, I suppose I should not have been surprised if I had actually studied in this direction enough. But, who knows? 

I had asked the somewhat innocent question I suppose. (Because I couldn't remember Eckankar which is based upon soul Travel but usually Astral projection. I couldn't remember the name Eckankar even though I had the pleasure of meeting in 1994 one of their leaders, a lady and we talked for an evening after I met her at Gathering of the Way which is a church I used to go to when the leader was still alive, Father Charlie (Charles Moore) who I met through my 2nd wife in 1980 because she had helped him start his church along with her Friend, Henriette.

So, the Eckankar Lady and I must have talked several hours because I was always interested in Soul Travel ever since Archangel Michael and his Archangels Saved my life at 2 from Whooping cough.

So, because I couldn't remember the name Eckankar I asked "What religions are interested into Soul Travel?"

However, I was surprised to learn that Astral Projection is frowned upon in Christianityl. However, Bi-Loation is an Accepted thing because of people like Padre Pio who often did this in the Catholic Church. So, this really surprised me that AStral Projection was frowned upon and Bi-location was thought of as okay? 

Actually to be honest with you the answer I got from my Iphone is completely different than what I was given this time on my laptop. So, I really don't know where to go from here?
