This was originally started (the time era this happened likely isn't relevant) at least at this point.
However, I can say it started here in this galaxy because of a situation exactly like we have here on earth where it was found that if time could be altered the planet also could be kept from blowing up in nukes and everyone dying. So, this is how the human race still exists here in 2023 by the way. The one time I know we blew up (5 billion people died) is on September 11th 2001 and it took on the first timeline until 7028 AD for civilization to return enough to regain time and space travel to correct the problem to create the present timeline which I call timeline 2.
However, it has had to be altered many times also because Trump also blew up the world at least once or more since he was in office by being ridiculous sort of like Hitler already. So, this had to be corrected too.
You might ask me: 'How did the world come back from 5 billion people dying on Timeline 1?"
Well this is a fairly easy question to answer actually.

but if you ask me in person I will have to say it is fiction. Just like
people who have real UFO experiences often want to live to see their
grandchildren often do so they won't talk about their UFO real
experiences at all.

ON October 3rd 2016 I can finally declare that this is likely not fictional. Enough time has elapsed without so many people freaking out as when I first typed this up.
The President was reading "My Pet Goat" to the class of children when an aide came and whispered in his ear something like, "Planes have gone into the Two World Trade Center Buildings. We might be under attack. What do you want us to do?"
The President was horrified about this but also doubly horrified because of what he had been told would happen on this specific date by all of his most Secret of information gatherers. He had said that this had all happened before and most of the world had been destroyed. It was up to him now to undo this. A second timeline was to begin in which the world this time at least wouldn't mostly be destroyed. Inside the President's mind he was thinking, "OH My God!" This is what they said would happen exactly. Only this time we can't screw it up like we did before. What can I do? What can I say?" The President knew from what he had been told by his advisors that the most important thing to do was nothing for a few minutes. This somehow would break the previous chain of events. They had told him that though he would be ridiculed for this that it was the only way to save 6 to 7 billion lives from what they called a "Nuclear Cataclysm". They had said it was a snafu worldwide of unbelievable proportions that all occurred within 10 minutes time and that if he waited enough minutes, the horrific result would not occur again. At the time they had told him this he hadn't really believed them. There was just so much superfluous information that one had to cut through as a real time President. But now it was all really happening and he had the full weight of 6 to 7 billion lives in his hands. His palms were sweating and he was hoping to God that he could change the result. Eventually, he got up and got into his vehicles and went to Air Force One and flew around for quite a few hours while all his security advisors just about had a heart attack trying to figure out what course of action exactly would be the best in the short and long term. The President thought to himself, "My Presidency has been defined without me being involved. This is how I will be remembered whether I wanted it this way or not. I must be a good soldier, a good President for my country now, like an Abraham Lincoln or a George Washington or even a General Eisenhower. It doesn't matter how I'm remembered now. The only thing that matters is that America and the world survives all this present day insanity!

Bush was cautioned to remain calm in order to prevent billions dying in the "My Pet Goat" moment
By remaining calm he prevented the deaths billions of people and
everyone basically in the U.S. was dead within one year that was still
sane on the first timeline. The people that remained in the U.S. on the
first timeline were basically not more evolved than wolves. The same was
true of Asia, Africa, S. America, Russia etc. So, by remaining calm the
doomsday weapons were not discharged worldwide of the U.S., Russia and
China which ended human civilization on those moments on the first
timeline when "My Pet Goat" was NOT read on the first timeline.
My Pet Goat began the 2nd timeline that we are presently on with Bush, Obama and now Trump.
What comes next is up to everyone on earth.
On the first timeline all civilization ended permanently except for a few places like in the Alps and Himalayas where radiation because of altitude wasn't as bad and into most air and water to the degree it was at lower elevations especially around big cities that were mostly craters on the first timeline of melted glass that used to be buildings and dirt and plants and people. It took about 5000 years and books that remained to allow civilization to regain anything similar to now. However, even then asphalt wasn't used because it had melted everywhere and made a big mess on the first timeline. So, mostly people traveled on dirt or rocked roads in the Alps around Switzerland 5000 years into the future from now on the 1st timeline.
I am not dependent on anyone believing this. I don't have a choice because I have seen it but this really happened but has been mercifully hidden from most of mankind. Bush and a few others live with the knowledge of this and know they can never reveal any of this for a variety of reasons.
Because of my own experience with Time travel I made it a point never to have any evidence of anything I have experienced because that is often a death sentence for people here on earth and always has been. So, I can write of this and I can say "Oh, That is fiction" or I can say to people who might be able to handle the truth "This isn't fiction" but remember, it isn't safe to have any time travel relics in your life because that is a death sentence and always has been here on earth and probably will remain so far into the future.
