Covid and Pink Eye (What Fun!)

This might sound strange but it's much better that I know I have Covid because I thought I was dying Tuesday and Wednesday. Then I found out my wife had it too. Then I found out her nurse has it too. Then I found one of our two house cleaners has it too.

But, strangely enough, as soon as I was tested for Covid and knew I had it I knew I wasn't going to die simply because one of the complaints always from Covid Patients is that they felt they were going to die.

However, now it appears every runny nose or cough actually is pretty much a Covid Cold or Chest Cold.

So, anyway now I have pink eye too which just means I wear sunglasses inside all day to protect my eyes from the bright sunlight.

One really cool thing about the medicine for Pink eye now. They used to give you this goop that if you put it in both eyes you couldn't even walk because you couldn't see well enough to walk or read or definitely watch TV or anything else. So, if you put this goop in both eyes you were in bed for the day.

However, even then what I did was to put the goop in only one eye so at least I could see to walk and when that eye healed up enough I would switch the goop to the other eye so I could still walk around (and) if I was really really careful actually drive a car too.

However, all that has changed now where they give you eye drops which actually allows you to see much better instead of it being somewhat blurry from pink eye. And you put this stuff in your eyes about every 4 hours or so (when you are awake). This is 100 times better than the goop where everything is blurry and you can't even walk around anymore if you put it in both eyes at the same time.

However, Pink eye is very contagious. So, trying to protect my wife and her nurse from her operation this month from getting pink eye in addition to Covid is a real challenge for me. But, so far I have succeeded.

And we all are still alive!

44 AT 11 PM ON THE SF COAST

 They said something like this yesterday and it wound up being 38 degrees where I live by morning. So, who knows really?

But, I know one thing. Our dog wouldn't come out from under the bed just now to take her outside to do her business. So, I think she gets how cold it is and would rather be under the bed on my wife's side. After all she is mainly my wife's dog. She puts up with me but often wants to bite my foot when I get into bed with my wife because she is jealous of me sleeping in the same bed with my wife.

However, everyone loves my wife whether they are a person or an animal and no animal appears to be afraid of my wife either. She sort of reminds me some times of how Snow White and Cinderella are treated by all the animals and mice and stuff and birds in Disney movies. They all love these beings too.

Some people everyone loves because they are so wonderful and helpful to everyone in life.

Oh by the way 27 in Paso Robles Tonight and

35 in Morgan Hill

Both these cities are inland from the coast of California.

For example. you can now drive from Paso Robles to San Simeon of the HearSt Family which I think is sort of a tourist attraction here in California south of Big Sur and north of Morro Bay. I THINK THEY JUST OPENED THE ROAD FROM PASO ROBLES TO THE COAST RECENTLY 

HOWEVER, THIS IS TRUE TOO.

Nope, it's closed around Big Sur, there's no detour around the closed off part, you'll need to plan a different route for that part of highway 1 ...
