The Storm looks like it has moved over to Fresno and the Sierras where it is snowing and then across Nevada

 It's now 1pm Sunday and the rain likely has stopped at least for now and when I look at the satellite weather video it shows the storm over snowing in the Sierras now and raining as Far as Fresno at this point. The rain has been light enough to be beneficial except for the mouths of rivers where there is flooding from big waves and high tides working against all the new river water coming to the ocean from upstream.
