life is a balancing act
when you're born you don't know the rules
Then someone teaches you their rules
Then you usually find those rules aren't quite right
Then you make up your own rules
Then you find your rules don't work either
Then you make up new rules
Some of those rules work
So you try them out on your kids
Then the whole thing starts over again
