The last two nights I haven't really slept. Now, your solution might
be to take sleeping pills, whereas I have never taken a sleeping pill in
my whole life and don't ever intend to. Too many negative consequences.
Besides, I'm retired it's not like I have to drive to work or anything
like that.
But, the side affects to two tablets of
spironolactone are hitting me. My wife confronted me this morning and I
told her I would cry if she was bad to me. She and I immediately
recognized this is a side affect of too much spironolactone in one day.
So, can't sleep and temporarily no testosterone. This sucks.
My
God daughter who is here for a business convention just told me this
happened to her when her appendix was removed in November or December I
believe. She said this pain from gas and bloating only occurs about 2
days. So, hopefully by tomorrow I can lie down in my bed without
terrible discomfort and pain so much I cannot sleep at all.
We
have a living room couch with two electric lazy boys built into it. So,
I lifted my legs over my head on the leg lift with two bed triangles of
foam so my legs were above my head and this drained a lot of fluid out
of my feet and legs and into my bladder which is a much better place for
it to be.
Edema slowly getting better from two tablets
of Spironolactone a day now. Hopefully, I can go back to old dosage by
Wednesday of one split tab 1/2 morning and 1/2 night time.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
