I've noticed this about all sorts of people. For example, the people in Japan or South Korea who die from "overwork" usually die from lack of sleep if you look carefully into this. Employers demand more and more from these people until they die trying to obey their employers.
Instead I advocate owning your own businesses whenever possible, then choose your own hours, sleep when you want to.
Sure, when you start a business often you are putting 60 to 100 hour weeks in. However, often after 1 to 2 to 5 years of this you have created your own potential schedule and hired other people to work that much and you don't need to do this anymore if you have organized things properly.
So, my solution to dying of lack of sleep by 30, 40 or 50 is to own your own business and then after a time you choose your own hours of where you are going to be and what you are going to do. This is the way to live a long time and still be financially okay for most of us.
When you get enough sleep (and this is different for each person) you are healthier, wiser, have better ideas, are more creative etc. etc. etc.
When you don't get enough sleep you are much more likely to have a traffic accident, make bad decisions regarding business or personal relations, eat food that is not good for you and to die by a variety of methods between 20 and 50 years of age.
Realizing you cannot listen to your bosses and stay alive and be happy you begin to create your own businesses and you learn how to stay alive by getting enough sleep, eating healthy organic foods, and taking time off for exercise and healthy recreations that help keep you alive, instead of listening to your bosses who are just making you their personal slaves forever if you let them (which almost always results in your dying before your time.)
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
