Even Independents who were for Trump in the elections (I'm not one of them) are against declaring a national emergency where there isn't one.
Even a child can see there is no national emergency and no reason for declaring one other than stealing power away from the legislature by the president. There IS NO emergency or he would have declared one December 22nd when the shutdown began. Otherwise this is all a practical joke played upon the American people to steal border properties through Eminent Domain from Americans to build a wall (and maybe Trump Hotels there) that nobody wants but maybe Trump.
