recently I decided to go back to being Lacto Ovo Vegetarian

From birth to age 32 I was lacto ovo vegetarian which basically meant that at age 50 I had the cleanest arteries and veins that anyone had ever seen a age 50 at Stanford Medical near Stanford University in Northern California.

But, starting around 1980 I started eating (less than 5% or 10% of my diet being meat or fish) simply because I thought then that the U.S. was going to go bankrupt from the Viet Nam war and wanted to prepare for hunting deer to survive if that happened. But, luckily the U.S. borrowed money from places like Europe and Japan so it wasn't necessary for the U.S. to go bankrupt as a nation. But, the Savings and loan collapse which caused many older people to commit suicide when they lost all their money that wasn't insured did happen instead during the 1980s.

But, recently at age 71 I thought to myself that it would really be easy to just eliminate all meat and fish from my diet and within a week I felt incredibly better and more clear in my mind and body and decided to just keep going on this Lacto ovo vegetarian diet. (Lacto ovo just means you eat milk products and eggs in addition to all fruits and vegetables and nuts and grains.

If you are serious about doing this probably one of the most important things to know is about organic baked potatoes, organic Apples and organic carrots because these three things if sprayed with insecticides take the poison directly into their flesh so you CANNOT wash it off them.

So, going organic (at the very least regarding baked potatoes, carrots and apples) becomes much more important once you go vegetarian whether vegan or another form like I'm doing.

One can live ONLY eating organic baked potatoes by the way (as long as you eat the peeling too) which has the most nutrients in it. They did studies on prisoners in Ireland and learned this was true a long time ago.

I think potatoes and coconuts are the only two things that you can actually survive on eating nothing else but one or the other. But, organic baked potatoes would be the more pleasant experience because coconuts (in all forms that you would have to eat to survive at every stage of development off a coconut palm) will often give you the runs which long term might be difficult to live with.

One more thing people can live on long term is Organic  Brown rice. I know this because our neighbor's daughter became allergic to GMOs and almost died and luckily her oncologist Nurse mother knew to put her on Organic brown rice only for about 1 or 2 years and this saved her life.

This was good because most children that die from GMO allergic poisoning die within 2 weeks to a month before what is fully wrong with them is diagnosed properly.

It might be important to know that 70% of the packaged foods in any supermarket in the U.S. are GMO partially or completely. And it isn't usually listed on the package as being GMO. So, unless the product says it is organically grown it likely isn't Organic but instead GMO.
