You have to know yourself to have integrity

First you have to know yourself and then you have to care about others before you can have integrity.

This is why integrity isn't very common in most people under 30 years of age. You will see it sometimes in younger people who will become truly great and recognized by all people eventually. But, it is rare because it is so rare to find in younger people (knowing yourself).

Because if you are not friends with yourself you really cannot be friends with anyone else.

The first friend you should make is with yourself and if you can love who you are then others will love you too. By caring about yourself and others as if they were you or your family you have integrity and then people will trust you.

Integrity is about being worthy of people's trust, including your own.
