When Kelly said, "Trump doesn't care about these guys" he meant that Trump could care less about whether any American soldiers die or not. From my point of view this is a terrible time to be in the U.S. military when your life (if you are on the front lines) isn't even valued by the President at all.

LIkewise, he didn't even read the brief that told him about bounties being put on American and British Soldiers in Afghanistan when it was handed to him in February.
