If Old Arcane has a Flame on his forehead now from the Galactic Sentience and it's visible how can he go back to earth?

 Screens are used by off worlders to screen their actual appearances on planets where these kinds of differences, for example like on Earth cannot be known yet. So, an octopus evolution could appear to be human and no one would know the difference and someone with a flame on their forehead because they are immortal wouldn't be known by others even though they might sense the positive energy around someone like this and be attracted to wanting to be around them because they felt safe around someone like this sort of like a child meeting someone really caring and wonderful and kind and helpful for the first time.
