Presently it's sunny with a temperature of around 68 degrees. I think it's going to go higher than they list it online because it's only about 11:30 am so far. Yesterday I took our dog to the beach and she must have rolled in something fishy or maybe it was the two little girls who petted here with their Dad who might have been touching fishy stuff like Seaweed or something like this. My wife's nose is sensitive and so she might have to take the dog into the shower this morning or afternoon to wash her off as she can't handle the smell of whatever ocean smells it is.
But, it's nice to have so many sunny days here on the coast after such foggy weather that we had before this. So, even though the daytime temperatures are often in the 70s now at night our temperatures are starting to go down as low as 51 even here on the coast. Here are some inland temperatures.
Mt. Shasta 68 and 43 today
Redding 79 and 50 today
San Francisco 76 and 53 today
Morgan Hill 82 and 47 today
Paso Robles 85 and 40 today
So, San Francisco and Morgan Hill and Redding and Paso Robles and even where I am on the coast are fairly warm today which is unusual this late in the year. Usually much colder this time of the year but usually sunny even on the coast so that part is more normal than the previous 6 months of clouds and fog a lot. So, the weather is changing a lot everywhere and so far no real rain but a lot of mist from fog this fall along the coast. So, the plants and trees are happy at this moisture almost every night for the past few months from the drizzle and low fog coming down.
