Even though I have been sick for over a week now I was able to go to the beach in my truck yesterday and Today. Psychologically this was very helpful to me. I tried to take our Corgi with me but my wife's knee surgery a couple of weeks ago has her messed up in the head and she was hiding under my wife's section of the bed and if I disturb her she might bite me the way things are going recently. So, again I went alone. My wife's knee surgery has our dog completely flummoxed. I myself last summer realized I might die about right now. But, luckily my angels came to me the other day to tell me I would survive all this myself.
On my way back from the Beach I wanted to get some treats for everyone hear and realized I didn't want to accidentally give someone at the French Bakery either Covid or Pink eye because both are very contagious. So, I decided to be a good citizen and forego the French Bakery to be KIND TO HUMANITY.
By the way since last Thursday now 5 people have come down with Covid (that I know of). However, luckily I'm the only one with pink eye too. Hopefully, wherever this came from it doesn't go any further. 3 of the people are staying here including my wife and I and her nurse all have covid this last week. So, the good thing about this is since we all have Covid we don't have to wear a mask.
However, when our other housekeeper arrived today he has had a slightly different version of Covid where he had a fever. So, he wore a mask while working here today. When he finished he said, "I'm running out of gas". I said: "Well. Don't run out of gas on the way home!"
