According to the above web page there are billions of Earths out there here in our Galaxy. He says that there is approximately one earth type planet for each sun type star.
I have always just accepted that this was the case and after meditating upon this for some time I believe I have an explanation for it. One way to avoid wars would be to isolate each planetary civilization from the others until they gave up warfare by manipulating time on any space vehicle that traveled away from its home planet. In this way wars could be avoided by placing the space travelers in a different time and space so contact and potential interplanetary war could be avoided.
Since all scientists agree that: "If time travel existed at anytime in the past, present or future in this or any other galaxy there is a 99% probability that it also exists right here and now and as far back as during the creation of earth and the solar system itself."
Because of this 99% probability no logical reasonable scientist would be surprised that civilized beings would function in this way to avoid wars.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
