Freedom September 18th 2009
Though I advocate and even worship freedom as a citizen of the United States, still I see all the problems that it can create. Is it the be all and end all of human civilization? Probably not. But it's the best thing we have come up with yet. However, until the rights of all beings on earth including all species of animals and plants are included in this freedom there will be many problems with it. Though this might seem silly to you I think it will be inevitable that we will be judged by all Galactic Civilizations who are sophisticated enough not to exterminate us outright, not just by how we treat other humans but in how we treat all beings that live on Earth.
