Radiation in Reactor Building 10 million times normal

This was a crawl on CNN TV just now. What this likely means is that this is Reactor number 3 doing this. From everything I have studied it is the only one that could be 10 million times above normal because of MOX fuel with Nuclear weapons grade plutonium being reprocessed.
