The main difference between the budgets is the Republican budget gets to a balance in 2040 on the backs of the middle class and poor and by giving massive tax breaks to the wealthy. Whereas the Obama Budget gets to a balanced budget in 2040 by increasing taxes for the wealthy mostly. The problem is that both budgets likely are hot air and unworkable the way things presently are in Congress. With 10% approval level by the electorate this is another word for "Complete Gridlock" or nothing gets done by anybody because any forward movement will be blocked by "Tea Party" Candidates. The only problem with this is that without compromise no democracy can function and our democracy then starts to become more and more a fascist state at least congressionally speaking.
So, a 90% disapproval of Congress simply means that democracy isn't functional in the U.S. at present and the last time this happened was with Truman after World War II. And part of the problem this time as well as last is the world Military industrial complex which is addicted to money regarding making weapons now since World War II. Where will it all end, U.S. and World Bankruptcy?
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
