Heart Treatment Herbal Breakthrough?

  1. I have been researching aryuvedic medicine since my next door neighbor was helped by aryuvedic practitioners in saving her teenage daughter life. The daughter had eosiniphil problems which she almost died from. Eosiniphil problems are common with allergic reactions to Genetically modified foods. However, most die before it is diagnosed because of severe reactions. Often intestines are disconnected like a friend of my son's was who can never work again even though he is in his early 30s as a result.

I was talking to the oncology nurse and explaining how I felt sort of crazy, confused and basically psychotic when I tried to take Coreg generics at ANY dose no matter how small. And now have basically decided I cannot live with Zero quality of life when I take this drug. So, I'm presently researching aryuvedic treatments for low heart compression. I'm okay with lisinopril which also helps rebuild heart tissue and reorganize how veins and arteries work in a human body to help rebuild the heart.

The answer to the treatment and management of chronic heart failure may lie in Aurveda, say AIIMS doctors. A multi-disciplinary team of cardiologists and pharmacologists at the premier institute are investigating to scientifically prove the efficacy of capsule containing the stem bark of terminalia arjuna - a medicinal plant used by Ayurvedic physicians since ages - to treating the disease as. The animal trials and pre-clinical safety trials on human beings have been completed successfully and the result of human trials, which is under process, is encouraging, the doctors said.
"Human trials have been on more than 20, mild to moderate, heart failure patients after taking due consent and required permission. Till date, we have not found any serious side effect," said a doctor involved with the project. He said that total 100 such patients will be reviewed over the to see the effect of this herbal medicine. In this randomized trial, the heart failure patients coming for treatment are divided into two subgroups and administered the capsules containing the herbal medicine or placebo without telling them. The improvement or side-effects are then studied on routine basis.
