The reason for this is in most developed nations there is still room to breathe. People are spread out enough and generally speaking there is basic order and money to pay soldiers and police to protect that basic order and there are enough jobs so most people aren't spending all their time rioting in the streets or burning houses and other buildings down etc.
So, the problem becomes "Political correctness cannot work in most developing or undeveloped nations".
Why?
There is not the educational structure nor is there the police structure to protect this kind of thinking.
Without enough education there is going to be bigoted behavior and racist behavior because this is a normal response for uneducated people generally speaking worldwide. Minorities of all kinds will be killed or tortured or mistreated ongoing in all nations without a good enough education system and enough money to hire well educated police and soldiers who tend not to be as bigoted and racist and misogynistic themselves as the common folk tend to be where there is not compulsory education paid for by the Government or state or county.
Political correctness is basically impossible without public education to educate enough people into not killing, torturing or maiming minorities of all kinds.
Therefore when educated nations (or the people from educated nations) do not realize that political correctness is not possible without a publicly educated majority, bad things are bound to happen as a direct result.
Also, even if there is public education if that government does not advocate political correctness it is not going to happen either.
However, I only see political correctness as a temporary device to keep people from killing each other and other minorities and not a long term solution to any problem.
