It won't be rich people because rich people around the world have the financial capacity to hire private detectives to harm people who harm their credit or make the criminals disappear completely.
No. It will be first people the least able or willing to strike back at them.
It will be High school and college students with the least knowledge of credit at all. It will be victims in Florida and the Keys who have lost everything.
Unfortunately this is what I learned counseling juvenile offenders with 7 felonies none gun related during the early 1990s. This is who is most likely to be hit by identity theft.
Oh. And one other category: really old people who might not have all their marbles still.
These are the demographics that identity theft criminals are the most likely to hit.
