The first thing I cannot say is what shape our democracy in a Republic is when Trump leaves office by whatever method even feet first from dying of old age for example.
But, what I can say for sure is that the human race doesn't go extinct before 2100 at this point because Trump causes about 1 billion people not to exist this century.
About 200 to 250 million of these he causes their deaths either directly or indirectly worldwide.
This causes 750 million people not to be born this century. This also prevents a world destroying nuclear war by terrorists happening in which everyone dies.
If you think this is strange because we have retroactive time travel, there are only so many chances a planet is given even with time travel and if those 1 billion people lived long enough this century those chances would be used up and the planet allowed to incinerate itself.
So, Trump was allowed to be present as president precisely because he prevents 1 billion either from living very long or he prevents their children and grandchildren from being born and this prevents human extinction this century at least.
However, even with Trump in place that doesn't protect human rights at all as you can see.
It only prevents human extinction and the extinction of all life on earth and the earth turning into a second asteroid belt here in the solar system until 2100 and that's all.
