Eisenhower purchased UFO Technology because the saucers travel both time as well as space and are powered by the magnetic fields of Earth and the Sun and other planets. So, you need a mothership for travel between solar systems but within a solar system you can travel for free using the magnetic and gravitic fields of the sun and the planets there.
So, when I saw in 1974 the print of something like this at Bunny Flats on Mt. Shasta in the deep snow and then later saw three unmarked Chinook 45 person capacity helicopters in formation above something like this in the air above the little city of Mt. Shasta in 1992 in broad daylight on a summer day with no clouds in the sky at all, a design like this makes perfect sense.
