I finally was able to get to a location through Theme. If you don't know how to do this you click on your blog name when you are in compose: Then you should see something like this: Go down to Theme and click on that on your blog (if you are with blogger.com) (blogspot). This is connected to Google and Goes wherever Google Goes worldwide. By Clicking on Theme you might be able to navigate to a Theme that you want as your template. You can try anyone you want but be careful that you know what you are doing so you don't get lost doing this.
